Feeding the Deer

As the weather finally starts to get better, gardening season begins and slo-pitch practice starts. And with these new activities, along comes the ache and pain of unused muscles. Let me tell you, every muscle in my shoulders, back and my butt are sore. Even my core muscles are feeling the burn! If you are feeling like me right now, book a massage. I mean it. Right now!
